The CCN invites artists-in-residence to open their training sessions to professional dancers in the region as well as anyone engaged in physical practice.
These training sessions take various forms depending on each artist’s approach: warm-ups, movement exercises, classes, practice sessions, and more. These sessions take place in the morning from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The TRAINING sessions invite us to share, question, and reconsider our daily artistic practices.
