How to use it to draw strength and mobility from the body and space, with particular attention to the musicality of movement and rhythmic demands. This work combines contact with the ground, tone and fluidity.
FOR EVERYBODY
This one-hour practice consists of a sequence (flow) and various postures (asanas), all linked to the breath. Breathwork intensely connected to movement for a solid anchoring and state of presence. These yoga classes are suitable for everyone, thanks to the diversity of posture options on offer.
