Corinne Garcia, at the CCN Grenoble, offers an opportunity to discover the Feldenkrais method, a gentle practice designed to help you rediscover more efficient, harmonious movements with the least muscular effort. This workshop is an invitation to move with a special kind of self-presence, tailored to the body's own experience. Each person will be able to improve the quality of their movements, regardless of their physical condition or age. Experimenting with playful and unusual movements with nothing at stake, just trying them out and having fun with them, is the key to learning to move with greater ease and fluidity. Whatever the reasons that bring you to the Feldenkrais Method, it puts the human being back at the center of his or her existence, in all its diversity, restoring his or her ability to invent new solutions in light and profound ways through the simple act of moving.

FOR PROS DANCERS
Hanna Hedman is a dancer, assistant choreographer and teacher. She danced in THIS IS NOT (an act of love & resistance), Aina Alegre's latest creation, presented on May 30, 2024 at the MC2 in Grenoble. Also qualified as a somatic movement educator in BMC (Body-Mind Centering), her proposal for this workshop is to link dance movement and the imaginary with BMC tools. The aim is to activate different body systems - muscles, skeleton, fluids, etc. - enabling each participant to enrich their dance, to let themselves be moved by the dynamics of inner and outer body movement, and thus to engage in a dialogue with space and with others.
